Focus

We have gone through a lot of shifts in focus to try and reach the short term goals. But nothing short term (other than flutteroftheyear) has been successful. This focus has come at the cost of long term focuses, which would be paying off now.

We can keep looking for cheap wins, but the proven path is by focusing on quality.

Dual Focus

  1. Traffic - Create better content that lasts
  2. Conversion - Build better and more products

Our day to day work should be only focusing on these two things. Product and Quality Content (Articles & Videos).
