Good writing is good communication (idea transfer)

Writing and editing is quality thinking. When you write it down it forces you to put your thoughts into consumable ways for others. It is the most scalable medium to get your ideas from your head into others. Get good at writing(thinking).

Get out of Comfort Zone

Push ourselves to do the things that make us feel a little bit of discomfort. Maybe it’s diving deeper into something that technically scares you, or if it’s something that seems woowoo and you are comfortable with mostly tutorial stuff.

Explore

Not everything has to have direct immediate value on the business. It’s okay to spend a 10-20% of your time just exploring something. Our core business is as creators. Creators need experiences of different things in order to create, and you never know where those can lead. Use up to $100 a month on whatever as long as it’s growth.

Systemize Everything

The value of a company is a combination of it’s total systems. Especially with the current technology, we should be able to systemize everything.

We are both Founders

We are equal, and we are both at the top of the company. Each person should work on all parts of the business and is a top representative of the business in general.

Get to the Core of what we are talking about faster.

We love to ramble about ideas. When it’s going into that territory, create a linear task and start writing meeting notes about what we are getting to.

Say no if you don’t want to do something

The goal is to be excited about everyday. If you don’t want to do something, just say it. Someone else might want to. And if neither of us want to do it, we do it together. At the same time, all tasks should be enjoyable. If it’s not, it should be automated or systemized.
